1. Lithium battery electrolyte additives
New sulfate additives vinyl sulfate (DTD) and vinyl sulfate (ES), as additives in lithium ion battery electrolyte, are very important for the formation of stable structure and excellent performance of SEI film. Electrolyte additives have an important impact on the safety and life of lithium batteries. Also, DTD can inhibit the decline of the initial capacity of the battery, increase the initial discharge capacity, reduce the expansion of the battery after high temperature, and improve the charge and discharge performance of the battery and the number of cycles.

2.Tires
Silane coupling agent can effectively combine silica filler with rubber molecule organically, so as to improve the processing and mechanical properties of rubber products. Adding silane coupling agent and white carbon black to the tire can effectively reduce the lag performance, improve the fuel utilization rate, and maintain good anti-skid performance.

3.Fine chemicals
Organic intermediate
Allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) is an active monomer containing unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds and epoxy groups. It is an important polymeric monomer and organic synthesis intermediate, and is widely used in the field of fine chemical industry. It is also widely used as an additive, solvent, catalyst, crosslinking agent and chain transfer agent in the production of epoxy resins, chemical fibers, plastics and rubber.
Surface treatment
It can improve the bonding properties of glass fiber and resin, greatly improve the strength, electrical, water resistance, climate resistance and other properties of glass fiber reinforced composite materials, even in the wet state, it improves the mechanical properties of composite materials, the effect is also very significant.
Filling modification
The silane coupling agent can be used to surface the filler in advance or directly added to the resin. It can improve the dispersion and adhesion of fillers in resin, and is widely used in the synthetic reaction of resin lenses. At the same time, it can enhance the compatibility between the inorganic filler and the resin, improve the process performance and the mechanical, electrical and weather resistance of the filling plastics (including rubber).
Paint & coating
Epoxy resin itself has good anti-corrosion properties, and can be cross-linked at room temperature and wet water environment. Because the epoxy resin is a thermosetting resin with linear structure, the water-based epoxy curing agent is added before construction, and the biochemical crosslinking reaction is carried out at room temperature, which changes the original soluble and fusible properties to an insoluble and insoluble spatial network structure, showing an excellent performance, used as anti-corrosion coatings. It is widely used in containers, ships, marine engineering, rail transit and other fields.
Waterborne polyurethane coating takes water as the medium, has low content of organic volatile matter, does not contain free diisocyanate monomer, reduces volatile toxicity, which is environmentally friendly and convenient for construction. It can be modified by crosslinking to improve its solvent resistance and water resistance. Waterborne polyurethane coating technology is used in many fields, such as floor paint, wood furniture paint, automobile, aircraft and commercial equipment plastic parts. Under the increasing pressure of environmental protection regulations, the prospects of waterborne polyurethane coatings are getting wider.

4.Sealants, adhesives and coatings tackifier
Silane coupling agents can often solve the problem that some materials cannot be bonded for a long time, by improving their bonding strength, water resistance, weather resistance and other properties. It can be used as a tackifier in sealants and coatings and other substances, so as to effectively increase the bonding strength of materials, water resistance and other aspects of the performance. Also, it leads silanes to react with the coating, which gives the coating a higher adhesion to the substrate, while also making the coating more shiny.
Water-based polyurethane adhesive spraying and other processing is convenient, with high initial bonding strength and high final bonding strength, good moisture resistance, plasticizer resistance and heat resistance, is widely used in the following fields: a variety of laminated products manufacturing; flocking adhesives, glass fiber and other fiber bunching adhesives, ink adhesives; bonding of ordinary materials, such as the decorative materials in automobiles, shoes and so on. In addition, waterborne polyurethane is used in many other bonding occasions, such as wood, plastics and metals.

5.Flame retardants
Nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardant has the characteristics of halogen free, low smoke, low toxicity and high efficiency. When it heated, a layer of uniform carbon foam can be formed on the surface.,which plays the role of heat insulation, oxygen insulation, smoke suppression, preventing droplet phenomenon, and has good flame retardant performance. It is widely used in machinery, textiles, building materials, automobiles, electrical and electronic fields.

6.Plastic alloys
The appearance of compatibilizers is mainly for the polymer material alloy technology service. The compatibility agent is an important key material for such polymer alloy, blending and modification. Compatibilizer plays a good role in adjusting and controlling the microstructure of alloy technology, and makes the blend material achieve high performance and functionalization. Compatibilizers are widely used in PP/PE, PP/PA, PA/PS, PA/ABS, ABS/PC, PBT/PA, PET/PA, PP/POE, PE/EPDM, TPE/PU and other alloys.
